How do I download my E-Book?
If you have paid by credit card you will be sent an email with a link that will take you to a secured part of our website to download your E-Book.It is very important that you bookmark the webpage for your E-Book and download the E-Book.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept several methods of payment.If you have a credit card you can pay using our secure payment processor Pay Pal.After your payment has been verified you will then be E-mailed a website link which you can then go and download your E-Book.If you have ordered a product isn't an E-Book,it will then be shipped to the address you specified on your order. We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers(or Personal)checks.If you are paying by a Personal Check please note that it must clear out bank prior to us shipping out your order(generally 5 business days). How long will it take to receive my products by mail?
If you are ordering an E-Book by mail(paying by check or money order) we will send you an email with the link to download your E-Book once we receive your payment.
If you are ordering a CD or other product,we will ship you your product via normal mail.
If you do not receive your item or E-mail within 4 weeks of sending us your order,please send us an E-mail so we can trace your order.
What happens if I have problems?
